Organized by Alimentaria Exhibitions in Barcelona, it is the most important food technology trade fair in Europe. The event takes place every three years in Barcelona and is divided into three specialized exhibitions:

Tecnoalimentaria: International exhibition of food technology and machinery for the food industry.
Tecnocárnica: Exhibition of machinery, technology, equipment and supplies for the meat industry.
Ingretecno: International exhibition of intermediate food products and ingredients for the food industry.
